Fencing & Lighting
Do you need a fence for your pickleball court?
A well-planned fence does more than frame your pickleball court — it keeps balls in play, protects nearby landscaping, and adds privacy.
However, fencing can also restrict the size of your court space and prevent you from hitting the shots you want or cause injuries from collisions.
During the design phase, we’ll help you choose the right fencing height, material, and placement for your space and needs. With the right fence in place, you’ll enhance both safety and the overall playing experience.
What type of lighting is best for pickleball?
The right lighting transforms your pickleball court into an all-day (and night) destination. If you’re interested in playing evening games or concerned about visual safety, we’ll work with you to determine the optimal number of poles, fixture type, and placement for even, glare-free coverage.
LED sports lighting is the gold standard, offering bright, energy-efficient illumination with minimal heat and long-lasting performance. For casual play, a one-pole setup may be enough; for more serious courts, a 2 or 4-pole arrangement usually offers the most even lighting and minimal shadows.
