Signs You Need Resurfacing

Not sure if your court needs help? These are the three most common warning signs.

Cracking

Cracking is usually a sign the foundation underneath has failed, causing the surface and paint layer above it to crack as well.

Peeling

Peeling typically comes from wear on the surface and paint itself, not the foundation, and can often be fixed with a simpler top-layer resurface.

Pooling & Water Damage

Standing water usually means your court wasn't properly graded for drainage, and that needs to be corrected as part of the fix.

Before & After

From a cracked, worn slab to a freshly resurfaced court, here's what the process looks like from start to finish.

What Resurfacing Involves

Surface Assessment

We evaluate whether your court needs a simple top-layer resurface, deeper crack repair, or a full foundation fix, so you're not paying for more work than necessary.

Surface Prep

Based on the condition of your court, we prepare for the resurface with steps like grinding down the old surface material and getting everything ready for new surfacing to be applied.

Resurfacing & Repainting

We apply new surfacing material, whether that's a standard acrylic surface or a thicker cushioned system, and repaint your court in your color choice, including re-striping the lines. We can also add new multi-use lines for other sports.

Equipment & Accessories

Resurfacing is also a great time to replace or upgrade fencing, nets, paddles, and lighting. We can help you with all of it.

Court Conversion

Converting an old tennis court, driveway, or other slab into a pickleball court? We handle the line and sizing adjustments to get it playing right.
