Alex Neumann

After finishing his college tennis career, Alex discovered pickleball during COVID in 2021 while playing on public courts with his mom and was instantly hooked. Just a year later, he earned his first pro medal and signed on to play exclusively on the PPA Tour in 2023. Since then, he's traveled the country competing against the top players in the world, reaching a career-high singles world ranking of #14 and earning sponsorships with brands like CRBN Paddles, Thorlos Socks, and JLab Audio.

Alex’s interest in court design was sparked when his mom decided to build a backyard pickleball court of her own. That experience opened his eyes to how exciting — and complex — the process can be. While pickleball is exploding in popularity, most builders still lack the sport-specific knowledge to build a truly great court. Alex combines his deep playing experience with a passion for helping others bring their dream courts to life, whether it’s a backyard project or a large-scale facility.
